The Little will screen T-Rex (Zackary Canepari, Drea Cooper, U.S. / U.K. / Canada / China 2015, 91 min.) as part of the Indie Lens Pop-Up series, followed by a discussion with Dana "Coach Dana" Chubb and more moderated by Sasha-Ann Simmons

17-year-old Claressa 'T-Rex' Shields dreams of being the first woman in history to win the gold medal in Olympic boxing. She came from the streets of Flint to reach the Gold Medal podium in London in 2012, the first time women were allowed to box in the Olympics, but as we see in this coming-of-age story, life outside the ring may be an even tougher fight.
