Privilege and entitlement are trigger words, especially for white people on matters of race. Privilege may be invisible to the privileged; it is never invisible to those without it. This workshop explores how privilege shapes our sense of self and our interactions with others. Part II: Facing it, Framing It, Flipping It: Once we understand how privilege shapes our lives in multiple ways, we can become allies with individuals and groups targeted by racism. The success of our community is a shared responsibility. We have more power than we realize to make that happen.
