The Cinema will screen Planet Asperger (María Barroso, Ricardo de Gracia, Spain 2014, 85 min.), Benjamin's Story (Benjamin Rosloff, U.S. 2016, 5 min.), Can I Call You? (Benjamin Rosloff, U.S. 2014, 3 min.), and a trailer for Diffability Hollywood (Adrian Esposito) at tonight's Reel Mind Film Festival followed by a discussion with Benjamin Rosloff, Adrian Esposito, and Dr. Lori Jeanne Peloquin.

Planet Asperger Mmichelle (16), Regina (31), Marcos (12) and Victor (22), all young people with Asperger's, have always felt that they were different and didn't understand the rules of the "normal planet." Despite an alternative way of seeing the world, they feel compelled to fit in and be understood. Through them we share moments of incomprehension, love, loss, professional rejection, school bullying… and, ultimately, acceptance and adaptation.
