After a brief address, Secretary Skorton will participate on a panel with Bruce Barnes of the George Eastman Museum; Kate Bennett, Rochester Museum and Science Center; Jonathan Binstock, Memorial Art Gallery; and Jamal Rossi, Eastman School of Music. Moderated by Mark Cuddy, Geva Theater. There will be a Q and A with the audience and a reception will follow.
