Theater director Max Campbell is in a state of mourning. An actress died in a tragic accident during his latest production of Chekhov's The Seagull, and the performer — Lenny — is now the theater's resident ghost. Max decides to give up his building and gets the help of a returning actor coming off a successful career in New York and his reality star ghost hunter girlfriend.
