In the Kate Gleason Auditorium of the Bausch and Lomb Library Building is a workshop titled Eat the Rainbow.

Do you need to increase your daily fruits and veggies? Well, join us at the Central Library as we look at the "colors of the rainbow" and the important nutrients they contain! Learn what a serving size actually looks like, and how to make half your plate fruits and vegetables. This program will be presented by Michelle Weiler, an Eat Smart Nutrition Educator from the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Monroe County. Light and healthy snacks will be provided!
