Next was <strong>Night Gallery<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.garageband.com\/artist\/nightgallery\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jayceland.com\/images\/GarageBand10x13overFFFFFF.gif\" alt=\"GarageBand link\" border=\"0\" height=\"13\" width=\"10\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.myspace.com\/odddream\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jayceland.com\/images\/MySpace_13x13overFFFFFF.gif\" alt=\"MySpace link\" border=\"0\" height=\"13\" width=\"13\" \/><\/a> whom I'd seen before &mdash; this time I found them to be a solid rock band with a salsa\/Spanish influence.  I liked them both a lot.<\/p>\n<p>Next was <strong>The Sound City Saints<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.myspace.com\/thesoundcitysaints\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jayceland.com\/images\/MySpace_13x13overFFFFFF.gif\" alt=\"MySpace link\" border=\"0\" height=\"13\" width=\"13\" \/><\/a> who did some really fun, fairly gritty punk-rock.  I helped their bassist with his microphone then his guitar strap.  They were a fun bunch of guys.  Finishing up was <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theluckycats.com\/\">The Lucky Cats<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.myspace.com\/theluckycatsband\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jayceland.com\/images\/MySpace_13x13overFFFFFF.gif\" alt=\"MySpace link\" border=\"0\" height=\"13\" width=\"13\" \/><\/a> who do solid, straightforward punk-rock.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I headed out for the late show at The Bug Jar (219 Monroe Ave.) First up was A Hotel Nourishing &mdash; a technical, rather precise rapid-fire cacophonous rock band.
