An adaptation of a short story by James Joyce\, The Dead is a comedy-drama starring Anjelica Huston (John's daughter)\, as Gretta Conroy\, alongside Donal McCann as her husband\, Gabriel Conroy\, in Dublin in 1904. Attending an Epiphany party\, the two have epiphanies of their own\, as Gretta reveals memories of a dead lover from her youth.
