Investigating most of the classes offered in the Book Arts area\, Susan has produced a collection highlighting the various processes taught at Flower City Arts. Antique wood type\, copper plates and hand carved linoleum printed on various presses\, monoprints\, pop ups and bound pamphlets are a few of the samples that have been bound into the 11 x 15 inch hand sewn book (with a few surprises lurking in the uncut pages). Samples from classes she taught will be shown including mini and 365 day journals\, handmade paper\, envelopes and even paper dresses. Recycled items including paper\, leather and wood are the common thread bringing her work full circle.
