DESCRIPTION:The Dryden will screen The Sun and Richard Lippold (Leo Hurwitz\, U.S. 1966\, 29 min.\, 16mm)\, and In Search of Hart Crane (Leo Hurwitz\, U.S. 1966\, 89 min.\, 16mm) as part of the Leo Hurwitz series.  \nThe Sun and Richard Lippold\, an episode of the series USA Artists and the last film Hurwitz directed for National Educational Television\, illuminates Lippold's sculpture The Sun at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and how the play of sunlight contributes to the artist's creative output.
