2015-Nov-11 @ 19:00 - 20:30
Free

One of the most heroic times in American history is also the darkest. While World War II raged on and U.S. soldiers fought for freedom and democracy elsewhere, Japanese-Americans were removed from their homes and communities and interned in camps situated in the farthest recesses of Arkansas and elsewhere. RIT Osher speaker Bob Vukosic will explore who, what, when, where, and why of Japanese-American Internment. Registration required.
