Shoulders To Stand On screening

At 2:15 p.m. at the Penfield Public Library is a screening of Shoulders To Stand On: The LGBT History of Rochester (Kevin J. Indovino, U.S. 2014, 90 min.) preceded with an introduction by Evelyn Bailey, and followed by a panel discussion with Gerry Szymanski, Bruce Woolley, and Whitey Leblanc.
This film documents a history of the LGBT community of Rochester, NY and its influences across the nation. Shoulders To Stand On began with a small group of students and the formation of the Gay Liberation front at the University of Rochester.
