Notice Is Hereby Given that a public hearing will be held before the Mayor of the City of Rochester in Room 309a, City Hall, 30 Church Street, on January 6, 2020 at 11 a.m., upon the following entitled proposed local law which was passed by the City Council on December 17, 2019 and which may be seen at www.cityofrochester.gov/councilproceedings:
