The RPC Mobile Integration Team is equipped to see new clients daily, sometimes twice a day, with a gradual tapering of support over the following months, as they become acclimated to their new communities. It is staffed by an Occupational Therapist/Program Manager, Rehab Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Peer Specialist, RN, LPN, and five Therapy Aides. Services are offered 365 days per year, 7am to 7pm. On Track NY – Rochester is an innovative treatment program for adolescents and young adults who recently have had unusual thoughts and behaviors or who have started hearing or seeing things that others don't. On Track NY helps people achieve their goals for school, work, and relationships.
