Paul McFadden, Senior Program Development Specialist for OTR, turned his life around after a difficult youth which included gang activity and incarceration. Since returning home, he has earned the respect of his peers as a positive role model and is a prime example of what it means to lead by example. His philosophy is, "Teach them how, don't just tell them how."
