SUMMARY:May Day Celebration
DESCRIPTION:Please join the festivities at Peacework Farm\, Saturday\, May 6 from 2 to 6 pm. We are having a May Day Celebration that is open to one and all! Peacework Farm is located at 2231 Welcher Road (across from 2232 Welcher\, but that is a private home so use our marked parking areas). At 2 pm\, farmer Ammie Chickering\, on her valiant nag\, will lead us in dancing around the May Pole. No previous dance experience necessary. Next we will take a wild flower walk in the woods of the Kraai Preserve\, a nature preserve open to the public. Then\, we will have tours of Peacework Farm and the Johnson Brothers Food Forest. At 4:30\, we will have a potluck supper. Please bring a dish to pass\, a place setting and folding chairs. The farm will provide beverages.
