In the Carlson Auditorium of the Chester F. Carlson Center for Imaging Science on the RIT Campus, Mark A. Costello will present a lecture titled Make Your Film Legally!

Making a movie? Learn how to navigate the legal paperwork correctly! Mark A. Costello, attorney at Rochester's Boylan Code, will give you a grounding in the documents every filmmaker should know. Including topics such as talent contracts/releases, employees vs independent contractors, raising money, selling a screenplay, licensing versus fair use, and insurance. This is approximately a two hour talk, followed by an hour of Q&A.
