The project will reconstruct the existing roadway and realign the segments of Raines Park at the ends of the mall to reduce speeds and better control traffic. Features will include: splitting of the mall at Electric Ave., curbs, drainage, pavement, sidewalks, watermain system south of Clay Ave., street lighting updates, signage and landscape restoration. RG&E will be replacing most of the underground electrical system this spring before the start of the city's project.

The meeting will begin with a presentation of the design followed by a question and answer period.
