This introductory course will teach about systemic factors that lead to chronic displacement and homelessness in our community and its intersection between race, class, gender, and other urban factors. Students will unpack the concept of home and actions we can take to push city leaders to change policies that affect what is considered a dwelling and where we should be able to live. What actions can we collectively and individually take to end this community epidemic. Let's talk about it!
