The Bug Jar will host the International Noise Conference featuring Laundry Room Squelchers, Tumul, Finkbeiner, r.nuuja/asthmatic, Waves Crashing Piano Chords, Martin Freeman, EROGENOUS, Rash, Nod, VWLS, Streetcleaver, Dry heave + The Neckbeards, Hades Mining Company, Dumb Lips, Bloody Noes, City Harvest Black, Foot and Mouth Disease, Kingdom of God, Fleshtrade, Dead weight, God of gaps, Fostex Nest, Snare Drum, and more.

Sets are 12 minutes or less with as little setup and breakdown time as possible. There will likely be multiple "stages" or areas where people will perform. No laptop only projects or "boring" drones, but your "noise" doesn't necessarily need to be "harsh" either. Unpleasentness is encouraged, but certainly not required.
