Tuesday Topics: Fearlessly Serving the Homeless

2016-Feb-09 @ 12:12 - 12:52

Free

At today's Tuesday Topics in Kate Gleason Auditorium of the Bausch and Lomb Library Building, Sister Grace Miller will discuss Fearlessly Serving the Homeless.

Sister Grace Miller has provided shelter and services for the homeless at the House of Mercy for 30 years, and now at age 80 has no plans to retire from living out the values of her family and faith. Come hear how this fearless defender of the poor and homeless came to this purpose in mid-life, has been criticized and even arrested, yet remains unafraid of the work she does on the streets of Rochester.
