Today from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Little Bleu Cheese Shop is the Inaugural Raw-Milk Cheese Appreciation Day.

An international event we're proud to be part of – we'll be sampling our favorite raw milk cheeses from the Finger Lakes and beyond, discussing the benefits of raw milk, and of course offering great discounts on the cheeses we're sampling.
