Communications Decency Act Warning

Hey, it's dark here. Well, it's dark everywhere on the web. It seems that the new Telecommunications Act of 1996 has put the lights out. The text is available via Yahoo through their link "Why is this page black?." Although most pages are in protest for 48 hours after the signing into law, I will continue to protest until I feel my right to free speech and free press is restored.

In an attempt to comply with the Telecommunications Act of 1996, I have added the following warning:

WARNING:

There may or may not be material that is considered offensive by contemporary community standards in the text, images, audio recordings, and any other forms of media contained in this document; or in any documents that can be accessed from this document. If you, the Reader are under 18 years of age, are sensitive to materials that could be considered offensive by contemporary community standards, or otherwise feel threatened by my right to free speech and free press as a citizen of the United States of America under Amendment I of the Constitution of the United States of America, do not continue to view this document in any way, and do not attempt to view the content of any document that is linked to from here. It shall be known that this constitutes reasonable, effective, and appropriate actions under the circumstances to restrict or prevent access by minors to these communications.
