Guided tours begin at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 18 at the Democrat and Chronicle, 55 Exchange Blvd., will loop around various sections of the city's center, highlight some of the buildings under redevelopment and local history, and will end on the 21st floor of the First Federal Building, the home of CloudSmartz for a reception, networking and cocktails.
