Spend the afternoon with John Coffer, one of five artists in our Alternative Photographic Process exhibition and prominent figure in the wet plate photography revival. In addition to John's demonstration of the entire tintype process from start to finish, you will learn a little history about the process, gain some trivia knowledge, and hear stories from the nearly 40 years he's spent dedicating his life to the craft.
