Rochester Human Rights Day: Water: Human Right or Commodity? with Simone Lightfoot, Patricia Bedard, Jim Howe, Sara Brownell

The Downtown United Presbyterian Church will host a panel titled Rochester Human Rights Day: Water: Human Right or Commodity? with Simone Lightfoot, Patricia Bedard, Jim Howe, and Sara Brownell.

The event will begin at 5 p.m. with tables from local water related groups including visual displays from local college students regarding what it would take to offer all people access to clean, abundant, affordable water. At 5:30 we will begin our wonderful community potluck. At 6:30 we will begin a panel discussion followed by a community conversation. Please bring your concerns and experiences of local, regional and worldwide water including water quality, water cost and ownership and future water access.
