Notice is hereby given that the City of Rochester is currently preparing its 2017-18 Annual Action Plan. The City will apply for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing (HUD) for 2017-18.
