The Brighton Memorial Library will host a screening of Not For Ourselves Alone: The Story Of Elizabeth Cady Stanton and Susan B. Anthony (Ken Burns, U.S. 1999, 181 min.)

Ken Burns' stirring documentary recounts the trials, tribulations, and triumphs of two pioneers with one allegiance. Not until after their deaths was their shared vision of women's suffrage realized. Note: because of its length, this film will be shown in two parts (one part on Monday and one on Tuesday).
