Knife Skills Class

In an effort to help our patients transition toward a more plant-based diet, we are offering a hands-on class on knife skills. A plant-based diet requires one to slice, dice and mince with ease. This class will focus on teaching these basic knife skills.
Each participant will work with fruits and vegetables to learn how to use a chef's knife and a paring knife.
The class is taught by Chris Januzzi, who grew up in Livonia and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and the New England Culinary Institute. He currently works at MCC in the Hospitality Department.
This class is open to all Wilmot Cancer Institute patients and their caregivers
