The City's Bureau of Architecture and Engineering will hold the second in a series of public information meetings to discuss concepts for revitalizing one of Rochester's premier downtown waterfront sites, known as the Charles Carroll Plaza. Key attributes of this public urban plaza include: outdoor green space, scenic views, public art and linkage to the Genesee Riverway Trail system and surrounding downtown. The project team will present a summary of feedback received from public outreach efforts, schematic concept plans and renderings.
