In the Kate Gleason Auditorium of the Basuch and Lomb Library Building, Marlene Hamann-Whitmore will review Little Dancer Aged Fourteen: The True Story Behind Degas's Masterpiece by Camille Laurens.

Against the backdrop of late nineteenth-century Parisian life, Little Dancer Aged Fourteen draws on extensive historical material to create a portrait of the teenager who modeled for Edgar Degas and became an iconic figure in the art world.
