Jack Kowiak will present a program on the hidden heroes of the women's suffrage movement. In the efforts to honor the contributions of Susan B. Anthony, Lucretia Mott and Elizabeth Cady Stanton, we often ignore the contributions of other key individuals. This talk discusses the contributions of Lucy Stone, Frances Willard, Carrie Catt and Alice Paul. They were fascinating women who make significant contributions in the dramatic fight for women's suffrage.
