Co owner of Tap and Mallet, Casey Walpert is currently renovationing 295 Alexander St (formerly Mex) with chef partner Rico Griffone. They will be opening an inspired Asian restaurant named Lanai. Rico will be at the Tap and Mallet to cook us a range of dishes that will be featured at Lanai. Joe McBane of Tap and Mallet has selected the beer pairings that will go along with each dish.
