Dr. Kim Van Orden will talk about how to Beat the Holiday Blues! in the Kate Gleason Auditorium in the Bausch and Lomb Library Building.

Our speaker for this month's Got Health talk is Dr. Kim Van Orden, a clinical psychologist and assistant professor at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. She will be discussing ways to seek support, talking back to unrealistic thoughts, how to feel emotion in a safe way, and tools for planning ahead.
