Alejandro Cartagena will present an Artist's Talk in the Dryden.

Contemporary photographer Alejandro Cartagena (Mexican, b. Dominican Republic, b. 1977) will discuss his photographic projects that employ landscape and portraiture as a means to examine social, urban, and environmental issues. A triptych from his series Carpoolers is on view in our current A History of Photography installation, which focuses on photographs made in Mexico.
