Here is a statement from the artist, Emoore: "I got my start in the arts as a delinquent graffiti artist that opened the door to dive into fine arts on my own terms while still preserving the emotion and feel of outsider art. These new batch of paintings are inspired by traveling the country by hitchhiking and hopping trains and soaking in the sights and feel of it all while referencing film photographs taken along the way and memories engraved on my brain. The paintings have an impressionistic feel and are rounded out with some abstract expressionist paintings that subtly pay homage to my graffiti roots."
