Are We Ready to Write Grants? discussion

2016-Sep-28 @ 10:00 - 12:00

In the Kate Gleason Auditorium of the Bausch and Lomb Library Building is a discussion titled Are We Ready to Write Grants?

With grant sources increasingly deluged with requests, we all want to maximize the use of our time and resources. This workshop is designed to increase your competitiveness for grant proposals. It includes tools to complete an organizational assessment of "grant readiness", as well as exercises designed to help you craft a clear and compelling message to funders. The presenter, Robyn K. Miller, has successfully applied for funding from private, state and federal sources. She served as a grant reviewer at a large community foundation and is an adjunct instructor for the nonprofit management certificate program at St. John Fisher College's Center for Community Engagement. Registration for this free workshop is required.
