		<description>Of course, the reason you went to all the trouble to post all that is that there is no "trap" related to the amount of savings. If you ALWAYS try to save money (assuming that all gasolines work the same in your vehicle) for the next 40 years, you probably have a measurable impact on price. You encourage lower prices and conveniently located retailers. If a million people save a penny, that's $10K pumped into some other economic sector. If you falter once in a while, like if you forget to buy gas at the cheap place and have to buy expensive gas before you go empty, that weakens the resistance.</description>
