Gwendolyn Flynn will discuss her new book, Age-Defying Soul Inspired Plant-Based Cooking at Abundance.

Rochester native, writer, and champion of food as medicine will join us at Abundance to talk about her journey to health, as told in her book, Age-Defying Soul Inspired Plant-Based Cooking.

In addition to offering a great collection of flavorful, culturally rich plant-based recipes, the book is sprinkled with amusing food-related stories that chronicle her dietary discoveries and food evolution. Rochester natives will recognize hometown landmarks mentioned in the book like Cathy Pagoda, Abbott's Custard and Nick Tahou's.
