Iranian Taboo screening

The Rochester Baha'i Center will host a screening of Iranian Taboo (Reza Allamehzadeh, U.S. 2011, 78 min.)

A documentary about the persecution of the Bahá'ís in Iran which includes the story of the martyrdom of Dr. Sulayman Berjis, a well-known physician in Kashan, Iran. Dr. Berjis' daughter, grandson, and granddaughters live here in Rochester and will offer their unique perspectives after the viewing. Pot-luck community meal starts at 6 p.m. followed by the film promptly at 7 p.m.
