Hedonist Artisan Chocolates officially releases its ninth annual Valentine's Day collection, "Send Your Love," on Friday, February 3 from 6-8 p.m. with a free tasting event at its storefront at 674 South Avenue. Enjoy samples of the raspberry chocolate truffles, made from puréed raspberries, raspberry liqueur, and swirled with semisweet (55%) chocolate before being enrobed in dark (72%) chocolate and decorated with one of Rachel's 5 postal-themed designs. The imagery for the collection was designed by local artist Rachel Oatridge as an ode to handwritten love letters. Rachel will be in attendance, and samples of her letterpress work will be on display and available for purchase. Imprinted with Rachel's designs, these truffles are available in-store and online for a limited time.
