Brian Bennett will teach the New York State Citizen Preparedness Training Course and prepare citizens to respond to a natural or man-made disaster. With severe weather events becoming more frequent and more extreme, it is more important than ever that you are prepared for disasters. You will receive a completion certificate at the end of the program.
