Many struggle with managing emotions under pressure and stress. You are not alone! Many feel even more stress by trying to remain calm when they are stressed. Stress can be in all aspects of life…at home, at work or study…even at play…it happens! Did you know there is a difference between reacting and responding to stress? Join us on January 26th as we discuss common "triggers" that could cause you to react instead of respond. We will offer helpful tools to understand these often challenging and perplexing situations. We will present techniques to help navigate through the difficult times.
